Any project, large or small.
From research memos, correspondence and briefs to articles, presentations and books: if you're an attorney and you need something written, I can write it for you.
Sophisticated analysis.
For several years, I have been delivering succinct, genuinely helpful work product to attorneys in a wide range of practice areas. I specialize in areas where research takes you beyond case law and statutes, including arbitration, securities regulation and international law.
A world-class law library.
Two of them, actually (along with the standard online research databases). Litigation is war, and I will make sure you have the best ammunition available.
Reasonable flat rates.
No surprises. No charges for Westlaw and Lexis research. After a free consultation about your project, I quote an hourly rate and a maximum total fee. My billing statements are detailed and, often, I come in below the fee cap.
Too much on your plate? Big deadline looming? Can't obtain the source materials you need?
